The item was factory sealed, the customer claims it doesn't charge, but didn't open a return request or anything. They just left bad feedback for a manufacturer error.

I ordered a Panasonic microwave convection oven. Told shipping cost was $100. I paid for the item and the shipping. Never recieved the item. Ended up paying $139.00 for nothing! The worst is nobody in Ebay responded to my inquiry. Never again will I buy from Ebay.

Buyer provided incorrect address which left package undeliverable in Puerto Rico. The package was returned to me, I contacted eBay who said to refund minus the shipping cost which was done. I advised buyer to correct shipping address going forward to prevent these issues moving forward.
